As the arrival time to HK airport was after check-in time, we tried to contact the hotel and let them know we're coming late. But hotel didn't answer any of our call. When we arrived at the hotel at around 7am, we met a reception staff. But she said we're not in the reservation list and didn't even make any effort to identify our names. We were then kicked out of the place and remained helpless in such sketchy area. Although we somehow found another hotel in HongKong Island, we cannot forget such an awful moment there. It was the worst place ever. EVEN the hotel denied to refund any of our 4 nights stay (according to their cancellation rule), and It was also helpless and disappointing that Hotels.com couldn't help any of our trouble. Please, don't ever think of booking this place
It was a bit of culture shock at first because if how small the room was. However, we had everything we needed and it was super convenient to the train station.
