"I booked this hotel last minute after leaving a poorly kept hotel and what a turnaround! This hotel is everything you need, want and more. Clean, fresh, it’s like a fun hostel only classy and clean. They have thought of everything, super eco friendly and gorgeous rooms and common areas. Breakfast was delicious and staff as SO friendly and helpful. Would rate higher if I could! "
"We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. The entire property was immaculate. On our last day we witnessed the housekeeping staff clean the common areas and we understood why the place was so clean.
Next to the cleanliness, the gardens won as our favorite thing about the hotel. We spent many evenings enjoyng a bottle of wine in the peaceful gardens.

"Jess and John were kind, patient and helpful. They are the front desk staff. On site laundry was great! The best part was that they held my luggage for me when I travelled to Paris for few days! The room was clean and the windows can be opened for those who might be claustrophobic! Walking distance to Earl’s court station and many restaurants and shops around. Thank you Jess and John! I will recommend all my friends to stay at Ember Locke especially because of you guys! "
"It was incredible. I'm one of the lucky people who always get the better room in a hotel. However, I have to say that Kensington Prime is the one that I'm most impressed with everything straight from the receptionist, who was so kind, caring and friendly (once again I really appreciate your assist), to the hotel facilities. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and would surely go back for another stay.

"This hotel is very close to the Earl court Station. Has many shops around. The rooms are clean and you’ve got everything in there what you need. The hotel staff is very friendly and so helpful. Everything goes smooth and quick. Been there already two times and I will definitely book Brits Hotel Earl Court again when visiting London! "
