"What a wonderful stay! Our room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious and very nice. They were a few cracks in the sink/floor in the bathroom but aside from that, perfect! The staff was super kind and helpful with our bags. We enjoyed the lounge, delicious drinks at the bar, and all f the taxidermy! Great location. "My husband and I loved our 5 night stay! The area was convenient to anywhere in London and the room was the perfect size for us both. My only complaint is the bathroom - the toilet flush needed 3-4x to get anything down, the sink and bathroom didn’t drain and water from the shower went everywhere! This didn’t affect our trip at al, just something for the property to look into. We will stay here again our next trip to London!"
"The stay at the Milestone Hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The most impressive thing about the hotel was that the staff. From Tim as the doorman, and Jorge and Stephen as the Concierge staff, we were well taken care of and they truly represented Milestone's 5 star status. The room was also outstanding with a lot of character. We stayed in the Matisse suite with authentic Matisse artwork. Wow! When we return to London, we will stay at the Milestone...a truly top notch hotel."

"Great pocket hotel for those just stopping through town for a couple of days. Comfortable, tiny room has everything one needs. If you have a lot of big luggage, you may have a hard time getting it through its narrow halls and you may also find little room to move around in your room. "
"New, clean, easy walk to Earls Court Underground station. Grocery just a block away for snacks. Held our luggage at checkout, no fee. Wonderful mattresses! Small rooms but designed efficiently. Price is a good value for London. Be aware there’s no lift and the stairs are very steep and difficult."

"It was really nice and included a lot such as a mini fridge, utensils, water, coffee and tea. I’d say the only issue I found was the dryer didn’t really dry and there was light construction but other than that great stay"
"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again.
