"We did not like their attitude- I enjoy booking with Expedia for the convenience and efficiency, but seemed like booking with third party was a negative ! The hotel is on harbour- but we got the worst room - facing windows of another building. Our flight arrived early - check in is 3:00 pm - understandable that we have to wait - but absolutely no courtesy of even a few minutes earlier. "The hotel was cozy, and very clean. The food in the bar was is good and the bar do not have all the ingredients when you ask for some cocktail at the menu, but the staff is incredible friendly ,and helpfull. If I returned to Southhampton this is my first option ☺️"

"Very comfortable full king bed, working AC, pool and hot tub, on site bar. What’s not to like? Our window faced the roof over the reception area, but I’m sure it was better than facing the busy road. I works have preferred a stand up shower to a tub/shower (slippery getting in and out)."

"The location of the hotel was perfect with views of the harbour and the lymington sea water baths are in walking distance . The hotel has free parking ,staff are friendly and helpfull. "The website for the hotel says take in the views from the terrace, what views? We could see nothing but a brick wall and a car park. The room was quite dark with a small window. Bathroom needed updating with no slip mat in the shower, which made it very slippery. No toilet brush so the toilet wasn’t kept clean. We asked for a do not disturb sign for our door, it was useless as we could not close the door when we used it and it just dropped on the floor. Our wardrobe only had three hangers and...

"Room was comfortable and clean. Doors tend to slam so you can have noisy neighbours. Garden was big and plenty of seating but needs some tlc and more kids stuff. Food was average at best. Some staff were great, some need more training. Not sure I’d stay again."
