"The hotel is well situated, with restaurants and bars, as well as shopping within walking distance. The room was clean and well appointed, with fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. Would stay again."

"The staff informed us manager increased price per dog per day without notice, even though I spoke with the manager 2 days before our stay and despite all of the notices posted throughout the facility (at front desk, in the elevator). Asked that manager call me to arrange a refund at it was a "bait and switch" situation. He never did. Have filed complaint with our credit card company. "
