"Very basic but solid. Secure parking right next to your room was convenient. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Very close to several dining options. Over all great value."

"I asked the property if I could checkout 3 days early. They said it was okay with them but I needed to go through Hotels.com. I called Hotels.com and they said it was fine but would take a few days to get the refund. Once every was agreed I checked out. Week went by, so I used the chat function. Hotels.com said they needed the property to confirm that they approved the early check out, but they couldn't get ahold of the property, so they were closing the case with no refund. I called the property during their business hours to make sure I could get through and then used the chat function again asking Hotels.com to contact the property. Hotels.com got through by phone this time, but the property said to email management. Hotels.com later emailed me that the property didn't approve the refund and closed the case."

"Unassuming converted property into a hotel - renovations were modern and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly, which was appreciated. Wish there was a couch or something to sit o. In the TV area, which is a small concern. Good overall value."

"The room was large and clean. Takes 4-5 minutes before the hot water runs hot in the shower, but it does eventually get hot. "

"Front desk checking on 4/25 super nice and helpful. This is Morning front desk two people, not so hospitable. Breakfast nice lady and keeping the area and food up. It wasn't busy & the food was sitting a little long. It is an older property in need of maintenance. We had some trouble with the AC, the Front Desk Rep that night came up and got it working. The thermostat is missing a button. Our room was accessible. Didn't ask for one, but it was close to the elevators. Nice. except that one of the safety handrails for pulling out of the shower wall. Concerning. See attached pic. The light above the kitchenette was flicking all the time, so has to leave it off. The shower curtain was mounted high and made it short too short to stop water from soaking the floor. Overall, I would recommed. "

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Layout was a little different. Beds weren’t the best but for sure not the worst. Pool was heated and hot tub was a good temp. Very pleased with the stay "
