Our room had 2 towels for family of 4 and was missing the tv remote The bathroom was not swept, the mirror cleaned, nor the microwave. Calling the front desk is hit or miss if someone answers. I went down to get towels from the front desk the first night. The next day, the front desk answered and asked us to come down and get the remote. One of the front desk ladies was very helpful, asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything multiple times over 3 days. The other front desk lady was less friendly told us breakfast was over and we needed to move to the table across the aisle so they could wipe the table we were at. We picked up our plates for a family of 4 and moved 8 ft to the next table. There were computers available in the lobby for use and parking seemed adequate.
