"I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."

"We had a great time. Smith is the gentleman that check us into the hotel. He was amazing, offered us an upgrade which we accepted. He showed us to our room and the whole property. Very attentive and informative. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed. During our dinner and breakfast in the buffet Wilson took such great care of us and he even helped up out in the steak house! Great guy and amazing personality and hospitality. Angel was very attentive to us at the pool and kept us have and entertained. Our concierge Jesus was great as well. He helped with all our questions and concerns. We had a great time and would highly recommend anymore to visit this resort."
