"We checked into Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana expecting a 5-star luxury all-inclusive experience, and it was shockingly the opposite. We ended up leaving the resort early and moving to a different hotel because it was that bad. Our room was filthy upon arrival stained bedding, dirty floors, mold-stained furniture, and even rust and grime coming from the walls. The bathroom had visible hair and a film on surfaces that clearly had not been properly cleaned. Even the “swim-out suite” was disappointing and far from what was advertised. The pool area was no better slimy and poorly maintained and overall cleanliness throughout the property was unacceptable for any standard, let alone a supposed luxury resort. The food was consistently cold, bland, and low quality. Drinks were equally disappointing, with only bottom-shelf alcohol included and very limited service, despite this being advertised as all-inclusive. Staff were often rude and unhelpful, and management was not accommodating when concerns were raised. Even basic expectations like service quality and hospitality were not met. To make matters worse, pools closed very early each evening at 5 PM, which felt very restrictive for a resort stay. Overall, this was the worst all-inclusive experience we have ever had. It does not reflect a 5-star resort in any way, and we strongly advise others not to stay here if they are expecting cleanliness, service, or luxury. We will never return."

"We stayed at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana and were extremely disappointed given the price and expectations of a 5-star, family-friendly all-inclusive. While the beach is beautiful, pools are clean, and some staff were friendly, the overall experience did not match what was advertised. The biggest issue was the food consistently cold, bland, and extremely limited. The lunch buffet was often closed, leaving almost no decent alternatives, especially for children. This is unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort at this price point. The “all-inclusive” alcohol was also misleading. Only very low-end liquor was included, portions were small, and anything mid-range or better required extra payment. Even basic requests like wine to the room or kid-friendly slushies were refused or charged extra. Only 2 of 4 restaurants were open during our stay, service around the pool and beach was minimal, and entertainment was underwhelming and not truly kid-focused despite the branding. Character interactions were limited and poorly organized. The kids club was also not practical for families, as children could not participate unless left alone with staff, which doesn’t work for many parents. Overall, this was not a 5-star experience and did not deliver on its promises. We would not return or recommend it."

"Mi experiencia en Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegué hasta el último minuto de mi estadía, el nivel de atención y servicio superó completamente mis expectativas. Quiero destacar especialmente a varias personas que hicieron de este fin de semana algo inolvidable: Jonathan Cariñosamente “El Wala”: siempre atento, con una energía increíble y una sonrisa que realmente marca la diferencia. El sommelier Oscar: su conocimiento y recomendaciones elevaron cada comida a otro nivel. Joel: impecable en su servicio, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. Chef Héctor: su talento en la cocina es evidente; cada plato fue una experiencia. Wally (recepción del Aqua Club): desde el check-in brindó un trato cálido, eficiente y muy profesional. Joshua (en la playa): siempre disponible, asegurándose de que no faltara absolutamente nada mientras disfrutábamos del mar. Cada uno de ellos aportó algo especial, pero en conjunto lograron algo aún más importante: que nunca nos faltara nada y que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente atendidos y valorados en todo momento. El hotel en sí es espectacular: instalaciones modernas, ambiente relajante y una vibra de lujo que se siente en cada rincón. Pero sin duda, lo que hace la verdadera diferencia es su gente. Gracias a todo el equipo por un fin de semana genial. Definitivamente regresaré y lo recomiendo al 100%."
