10/10 Excellent

"Our welcome, check in, room and staff were excellent. The hotels pools, Adventure Zone and buffet breakfast was amazing. The outer hallways were a little worn down. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled like vomit or rotten milk was spilled on the carpet. The staff worked tirelessly to clean it up but the smell was still there. Towards the end of the trip water was leaking from the ceiling and a bucket was put on the ground in the hallway. It just needs some updating. However our room was fine. Nice cold air conditioning and clean. Wonderful ocean view balcony. Despite the small things I'd definitely stay here again!"

"An excellent stay with fantastic service! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to be granted an early check-in at 11:30 AM, and the front desk was accommodating enough to extend our check-out to 1:00 PM. The breakfast spread was also highly enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful 9/10 experience!"

"The hotel is superb! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very helpful as well. I only have positive things to say about the hotel. The location is the only thing I didn’t like. This was our first time to Penang and this part of the city is not walking friendly at all. Very dangerous between the lack of sidewalks and 1 foot wide by 2 feet deep drainage that is along the sidewalks. Be very careful walking here or take a grab to places you need to go to."

"This was a wonderful surprise. Location was a little outside the central hub but 10 min walk isn't far. The room was amazing, clean and fresh. Gives a boutique vibe. The minibar is free and the room service was super affordable. The pool was lovely great views for sunset. Absolutely loved my stay here"

"The rooms are very old and definitely require renovation. We were unable to sleep comfortably due to the noisy operation of the air conditioning. The smell of dampness in the hotel corridors was unpleasant. It is quite poor that a hotel in this segment still lacks a coffee machine; if you wish to have coffee, you are obliged to heat water in a kettle and prepare your drink using small packets of instant coffee. The staff are generally friendly and attentive. The breakfast is quite good, with options suitable for everyone. If you plan to visit Georgetown city center, you should factor in a car journey of approximately 40 minutes."
