"Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. "

"バスタブが湯を溜め、水抜きをすると、
排水溝か ら湯がが溢れ水浸しになった。
ドレインシステムの老朽化か、詰まりがあったのも。古い感じで染みもあり、臭いもした。
フロントにはその旨説明し、次の部屋の利用者がびっくりしないように、適切な対応をお願いしておきました。
また、チェックインの際の情報として、
Wi-Fiの説明、枕の追加、製氷器などの追加説明がなく、サービスの有効な案内がなく、残念だった。せっかくのサービスの用意が生かされなかった。"
