"Very nice and efficient hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and loved that they kept the tea (coffee) bar open 24 hours! Bedding was comfortable and we liked the design of the room."

"Telephone, desk lamp and chair were filthy; items were cleaned the next day. Also, stuffed chair and ottoman were stained. Only one was cloth and hand towel in the bathroom; this was also corrected the next day. I was disappointed by the room but was very satisfied by the response to my complaints by the staff."
