The place is very run down and old. The curtains had moth holes the sink clogged instantly, and there was no breakfast. The heat worked well so I assume the AC would too. It seemed like they had "long term" housing there which was not okay with us.

Comfortable but poorly maintained.

The good: the bed was comfortable, the place was quiet, the price was reasonable. The bad: paint in the room was a bit chipped, the breakfast was nearly non-existent, and when we moved the armchair there was a big pile of schmutz under it - clearly hadn't been swept under for SEVERAL stays.

I stay here every time I am in Kingston. It is very budget friendly and is a good deal for the price. It is not a fancy place but comfortable. The bed was great, the heat was pumping and the water pressure was excellent. The staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive.

The first room I was given had not been made up. The second had a hole in the wall where someone had slammed the door open. Be careful with the shower. Water temp changes dramatically without warning. No maid service after first night. Bed was comfortable. Generally clean and serviceable

This is a Super 8, so that is the quality you get. HOWEVER, the manager and staff are so friendly, helpful, welcoming, really doing a great job! It was because of the staff that when I decided to stay in the area two more nights, I stayed there. The location is also great.

The front desk staff were cordial and friendly, however the hotel room and its surroundings were quite an abomination. The room was filthy and smelly and unkept. There were problems with almost every aspect of the room’s condition. The bed was very uncomfortable, all of the furniture, walls carpets were stained and chipped. The shower had no real functional head and the tub mat was old and slippery. It was not a pleasant experience. This hotel needs to be checked for quality control and safety.

The front desk crew and especially Diane.,? She did a great job of fixing my reservation issue with Expedia and got me the room and was cheerful throughout even with a line of people with the same issues she remained helpful. I highly recommend her for compensation, and I will stay there again because of her.
