Josh was super helpful at Check-in. Very accommodating and super polite. The property was heavily used by semi-permanent guests and needed a bit of cleaning. I was there to close out a storage unit, so the accommodation was very adequate with close proximity to good eateries and downtown Kingston. My room was quiet and had everything I needed. All good.

This place was clean and very quiet. The staff was helpful and courteous. It needs updating, but overall, it was a good experience.

The building was run down and in need of repair. The linoleum floor in our bathroom was literally stapled after if had ripped. The TV took forever to change channels, probably due to really slow internet and out microwave was dirty. The staff was friendly I think they just work at a crappy hotel so not their fault. I also think there were people living there. Lastly whatever cleaning product they use was overwhelmingly strong.

It's an okay place to stay if you want to budget and you are there for a day or so. The room could improve with better maintenance on the lights, the room I got had flickering lights and some of the lamps weren't working properly. Housekeeping wasn't the best, I had left early morning and returned in the afternoon and the room wasn't serviced. I am not going to complain much as I only need a place to stay for 2 nights. The highest praise I can give here are the beds, they were very comfortable and slept great at night.

Good experience staying there. I requested early check in and that was not allowed at the time of arrival, but they were able to accommodate me by storing my bags so even though I was disappointed, I was not completely hung out to dry. The rooms are in ok shape, they keep them clean but the wear and tear is notable. Overall worth the cost and I got what I paid for. Staff was very helpful. AC was cold, parking situation was simple, no elevator, room was very clean.

The service was decent. The facility was dog eared, down at heel, tired. The room was dank, unventilated, smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the carpet tacky with unrinsed cleaner, just generally eeeww. And there were quite a few sketchy people hanging around outside, which on top of the poor venue, made me change my mind about staying. I got my deposit back and kept driving. A sadly ‘no thanks’ experience.

The place is very run down and old. The curtains had moth holes the sink clogged instantly, and there was no breakfast. The heat worked well so I assume the AC would too. It seemed like they had "long term" housing there which was not okay with us.

Comfortable but poorly maintained.

The good: the bed was comfortable, the place was quiet, the price was reasonable. The bad: paint in the room was a bit chipped, the breakfast was nearly non-existent, and when we moved the armchair there was a big pile of schmutz under it - clearly hadn't been swept under for SEVERAL stays.
