"Good effort all round"

"Unusual but well executed prison conversion. I hope this is the closest I get to staying in a cell overnight! The room we stayed in was spacious … actually 3 cells knocked together. Reception staff were excellent. Hotel location was very convenient… short walk to city centre. "

"Room has air con but it does not warm enough. We got a separate heater otherwise could not sleep for sure.Water pressure of shower is quite slow, no amendities provided in room such as cotton buds, shower cabs, sanitary bags. Good points are big room for family with 2 big sofa beds."

"Beautiful grounds, historic buildings and a well appointed and equipped spa helped us enjoy a luxurious and relaxing mini break. The full vegetarian breakfast was delicious and really well cooked - a nice bonus to have this included for a minimal extra charge. Tracy at breakfast and Gino in the evening were stand out members of staff but everyone we encountered was as helpful and friendly. Beth & Damon on reception gave us a warm welcome. "

"Stay here for a nigth after visit Bicester Village. This hotel is comfy. The price was reasonable. The room is okay, but the front staff need to be improved regarding their service mind."
