"I did not enjoy my stay here, in terms of the room. The mattress was missing and I was forced to sleep on a box spring only. The floors could've been cleaner, extra towels & wash cloths should have been provided! There was insufficient toilet paper, as well. Then on top of that, I was asked to bring my trash out the room to dispose of it. It should be included within a cleaning once I vacate, even with this being a short term rental! "Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"Breakfast was excellent- glad I opted to adding it to my booking. Great location. Super convenient if you are on a 12 hours layover… the hop on shuttle was easy and very affordable and it gets you to and from the hotel and airport very easy and it’s only 10 minutes away. Overall a great experience."

"I will and can't wait to return to this property! It was a great base for my family and I for our stay near Gatwick airport. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfy. The staff was great, and even had a nice restaurant and bar. We did partake in breakfast, and it was sooo good - a great buffet style English breakfast, including tomatoes, mushrooms, and blood sausage. Plus there is an all-day cappuccino maker! We also ate well at a nearby pub. "
