"The front staff and the staff at the front door was extremely friendly and helpful. Getting used to the elevators took some doing but was fine after I learned how to use it. I did not appreciate not knowing that the entrance on 15th Street was not the main entrance given that the address for the GPS was on 15th. That is where I was dropped off and had to push my luggage around to the other entrance."

"They say they are 4 star but I’ve been to nicer 3 star hotel. The quality just wasn’t there, the front desk couldn’t even break a $100 for tip money. Room keys kept failing and security seem lacking but Georgetown is as safe as you get in DC."
