It was okay for a one-night stay. Broadly, it felt outdated. The room was unremarkable and bathroom a bit dingy but the main spaces were decent. Bagel sandwiches at the cafe were the highlight!

Upgraded to a premium room at no cost and without request, which was appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk manager sent me a text the day after check in to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we needed anything. I love the location in central downtown near virtually everything you'll need. I'm sure we'll be back again in our next visit to Cincinnati.

Hotel was neat looking. Staff was great. Cleanliness was average. Bed was very hard. Lots of noise around as they are doing construction on building across street. Overall, if a lower price, I would consider staying here again.

This property is definitely historic. Not much is updated but it’s great & clean. I didn’t like that their latest check in is 1pm. Most hotels have flexibility for a 4-6pm check out. I was in one just last weekend. Lastly, the guy that worked the night shift and checked us in was amazing. The valets were amazing, even the cleaning staff were great. However, there was an afternoon lady at the front desk that needs some help with service training. She was rude when we were checking out and basically told us “you have to get your luggage and go right now” literally exactly like that when we were asking about late check out the day after. I’ll never stay here again tbh. But kudos to the rest of the staff that paid attention in customer service classes

This stay has been amazing. The rooms are clean and bright. The staff are all very friendly! The staff at Kidd Co and Mavericks are beyond amazing! There are not enough stars for how much we enjoyed hanging out with the staff at Mavericks

Lack of towels supplied. Room had accumulated dust in the slatted pocket doors. Location was great, staff was great, beds were comfortable. Stock more towels and a thorough cleaning would make this hotel really nice.
