"Hotel was great"

"Room was kind of dirty, big stain on the floor. Carpet looked like it didn’t get vacuumed between guests. The front desk staff was very accommodating with getting a clean room. Pool was very small. And it is shared with the connecting hotel, so keep that in mind when traveling with kids who like to swim. The lobby was very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly! The bar in the hotel was very nice and clean. Friendly staff!"

"This Graduate location provides easy access to all things Iowa City. Lobby is inviting with nice, simple touches like flavored water and popcorn. Across the way- coffee shop too. Clean rooms and polite staff make it an easy choice when staying in Iowa City."

"Waiting for 15 mins in the lobby for someone to come to the desk. There was a phone and the note said call if no one was there.... myself and another guest picked up the phone... it rang to the front desk and to another phone in the area. I didnt understand the point.... now my room.... only one lamp worked, the tub was dirty and stained, The tub dripped, I could hear every noise, the room above me I could hear everything, the hallway by my door smelled of weed. I have stayed at many Super 8s and I was completely disappointed of this location. I will not be booking here again..."
