"Upon arrival we were greeted and offered to dine while we wait to check in. Check in was simple through an app and we were offered welcome cocktails. We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired. "This is a recently renovated old hotel. It still has that grand hotel ambience. It's a little off the city center but is still quite easy to walk to all the things you want to see or eat. The sea view is actually a view of the ferry port, so that's not much. The breakfast is excellent. Overall, it's quite nice. "

Parking is available (EUR 14/night): you pause outside in the busy street, double-parking is normal, to unload luggage and the hotel staff will then take your keys and whisk the car away to somewhere else -- give 20 minutes notice whenever you want it back. "It’s good to stay with reasonable rate. No complaints on room, location. Just 15 mins from the airport. Working distance from a beach. The kitchenette can be better such as frying pan or pot. "

"The property was in a convenient location for the ferry port, which we used for transportation from Crete to Athens. The hotel staff were excellent and always helpful. The only drawback is that it is hard for any tour transportation to pick us up at the hotel. "
