"The check in was loud, there was random guest having a party in the lobby. Music super loud. So much trash next to the elevators, room had a nasty smell of mildew. The people in the restaurant were nice."

"Giant suite room with separate pull out couch which was ideal after a full day internationally traveling with my wife and small child. Nice amenities and very close to the airport. Would stay here again no question. Parking rates are hefty. In my case I used SpotHero elsewhere for a much better nightly rate."

"The staff are helpful and friendly. But the rooms are a dump… the carpets are so dirty our socks turned black. The sheets are threadbare, dirty, with holes. The bathroom was filthy. Towels were old. The room smelled bad. Do not stay here… should be condemned. For what I paid for the room, it was money wasted (2/3 more than it should have been)."

"The hotel is beautiful. The staff seems like they are being forced to work there and hate their jobs. Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken. When we asked for a replacement, we were told there is nothing they could do. We could tell by the empty lot that the hotel wasn’t sold out. Why not take one from an empty room? I used to work for a hotel that really cared about the guests. No wonder this hotel is empty. We will not be staying again nor will we recommend this place."
