"Check in was easy. Received a text with all my needed information. The room was cold at first. The radiator was set to low. Took a few hours to warm up but we left the motel while that was happening. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable."

"The room was basic but clean. The pool was cloudy…like milk so we didn’t swim which was disappointing. It looked like it had just been shocked. The front desk didn’t have a corkscrew and staff blamed it on a previous guest saying they didn’t return it. That’s not hospitality! The in room coffee was undrinkable (Mother Parker’s)). The free breakfast was ok…nothing special…cold boiled egg, cereal,etc but I was happy that they had gluten free bread. The breakfast staff woman was friendly and hard...

"Convenient location, and allows pets, which was a must for us. Clean and quiet with friendly and helpful staff. The door to our room could really use some oil though. We left at 6:30am and were afraid the loud squeaking of our door opening and closing would wake up everyone else around us."

"Bedspread had bodily fluid stains all over as well as the jetted tub was disgusting and filthy. The room smelled musty and the pool was out of order. Last time we will stay at this dump!"

"I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....

"We stayed here while attending the Barrie Air Show and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The entire property is extremely worn out and in desperate need of renovations. The hallway carpet was so worn down it was exposing the subfloor in places. The room itself was very small. Two people could barely stand beside each other in the narrow hallway area without getting in each other's way. It felt cramped and outdated. Cleanliness was also an issue, as the room...
