Very nearby to Lee Garden Hotel, Kim Yong Market and convenient shop just only 5 minutes walking distance, very convenient. But the room furnishings are very old especially hair dryer model, toilet ceiling leaking mark and wardrobe. The cleanliness also needs to be improved, I noticed a little cockroach on the TV table area.

Daimond discovery

It truly was a diamond discovery for us. We passed this hotel many times but this is the first time staying here.Told my friends about this and they will be definately staying here. Rooms are big. The staff are very helpful.We booked 3 rooms and my friends are really happy about this. We'll be coming back.

Hotel very near to shopping areas.

Bad experience: 1. Requested for 2 double bed for 2 rooms but given twin beds for both rooms. Hotek reception just said in Hatyai double bed means twin beds. Rubbish. 2. Ask for direction to go to temple not helpful at all and tell me to go ask Tuktuk. Very poor work attitude & always very rude and unfriendly. 3. Ask Reception to book taxi from Hotel to airport. 1 staff said they'll charge 400 baht and another staff charge 450 baht. Ask them why different charges, 1 staff just said because Public Holiday and also was told on 31 Jan Public Holiday that's why price increase. I think not true. 4. My hotel room and outside my room got plenty of cockroaches.

Hotel easy access to travel spot

The hotel is closed to travel spot such as Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market. It also allow early check in as we travel by bus and the hotel was considerate. Fast check in and check out also add point to their service. It would more better if the hotel can offer breakfast or welcome drink when we arrive as the weather at Hat Yai is hot. Thanks

좋은 위치이나 덜 친절함

무엇보다 위치가 좋았지만, 직원이 덜 친절했어요. 호텔입구에 들어와도 인사도 없고 체크아웃할때도 인사도 없고요. 방은 대체로 깨끗했는데 생각보다 약간 작았고 대신 침대가 놓여진 바닥이 마루라 집같은 느낌은 좋았고, 비치된 전기포트 안이 깨끗하지 못해서 아쉬웠어요. 침구가 고급스러워 보였지만 베게가 높아 낮은 베게를 사용하는 저같은 사람에겐 좀 불편했네요. 호텔내 식당은 이용해보지 않았어요^^
