"The hotel was so clean and the staff were so helpful and nice. I ate at 3 of the restaurants in the hotel and the staff at each restaurant was very friendly and the food was amazing! 416 Ramen was my favorite of the 3 I ate at. Great flavor and really yummy! I went in the 24 hour Family Mart every day for coffee among other necessities I needed and the staff there were super friendly and helpful. I am so glad I stayed there and will definitely stay there again when I return to Japan. My vacation was so pleasant and having this lovely hotel to return to after shopping and sightseeing was great!"

"Its a lovely hotel but unfortunately the service it offers is poor. We were hoping to go to the bar for a drink after a long flight. It was closed at 9pm. The restaurant was also closed. I would expect a bettet service from a hotel that claims to be 5 star. The rooms are spacious and the interior and gardens are lively. Pity the services are bad."

"very beautiful king sized bed, room was a bit small but spacious for one person. Lovely view of the train tracks and Oimachi area. 7/11 and other food and convenience stores nearby. Loved it."
