"We visited this hotel in April for 2 nights. The hotel lobby and bar/restaurant was magnificent, the live music was great. However, our room was not as clean or well-kept as we had hoped. The carpet had a huge wet spot on it that we assume was from housecleaning, but not letting it dry fully before putting more guests in the room was not ideal. We had to walk around it the whole time so our feet/socks did not get wet. The shower drain was clogged & pooled water in the tub when we showered. Our room did not have towels upon arrival, but they were delivered quickly when we let hotel staff know. Overall we expected a bit higher level of our actual in-room experience for the location & price."

"the only nice thing we have to say is the location was good. the Hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. It is dirty and poorly maintained. Our first room had chewing gum in the carpet. We switched to another room and the bathtub did not drain and the tub was not anchored property. This is an accident waiting to happen. We had to hold onto the rail as the tub floor moved. The wallways need paint and carpet. The breakfast was ridiculous as we told only one cup of coffee per person."

"The hotel had a very good location with easy access to Central Park, Times Square, and the subway, which made getting around the city very convenient. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. There was a constant fan noise in the room the entire time, even after we turned off the room’s AC system. Also, whenever the neighboring room used the bathroom, we could hear the toilet flushing very loudly through the walls. It was especially noticeable at night and woke us up multiple times."

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Warwick! The first room we were assigned, a premium with a city view, had a malfunctioning AC that made a very loud squeaking noise. They sent maintenance to look at it who then left for 2 hours with no update. It was over 90 degrees outside and the room heated up pretty quickly. We had to call and leave a voicemail with the front desk, then had to ultimately go down to the front desk where we were then moved to another room. It was a bit frustrating to deal with that for hours, but once we got into the new room, everything was better. Very clean, great AC. Door staff and packaging/bag staff are all very helpful and kind. We only asked for our room to be cleaned once over the 5 day period and they did a very good job. Location is great and central to everything. They provide a mini fridge for guest use which was really nice. We appreciated amenities like complimentary umbrellas for use during rainy days. We would absolutely return again."
