"Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations.
I just wish they had daily room service.

"Our stay here was wonderful. We were in a little studio and it had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. The property is very clean. It is also very convenient for the tube, restaurants and shops. Canary Wharf has everything you could possibly want and is meticulously maintained. We made use of the rooftop patio, free coffee in the lounge and awesome laundry facilities. I will definitely stay here next time I am in London."

"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

"They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London. "Thr location of this hotel is fantastic. Steps from major attractions and the Underground. The extra space and a kitchen was very nice.
We experienced a similar issue as others. No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room.
We also had some issues with cleanliness. The drain in the shower was pulled out and full of hair. The dish rack was dirty, etc. Just made you question the...
