"We stay every year for the Jazz Festival. Every year there has been issues… from unprepared staff, flooding, to room cleaning. This year was different. Super helpful staff every time we interacted. Room was clean. Beds not very comfortable but you win some you loose some."

"The hotel is closed to restaurants and shopping. It is also only about 10 to 15 minutes from Lake Compounce Water park. The room are a decent size but the hotel needs a lot of improvement.
