"Door to room looked like it had been broken into before. Bathtub would buckle when you stepped in the middle of it. Felt like there was nothing underneath it to hold it up. Electric outlet on night stand were broken. Hotel needs to be updated."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg - Hershey West, PA
"Headboard was dirty, lots of visual fingerprints on the wood. Other than that seemed pretty clean. For the price, I would have thought some shampoo, conditioner, lotion samples but did appreciate the makeup wipes. Staff seemed friendly enough. Breakfast was good. Overall a 4 for me."

"The property is dated, and not everything in the rooms is cleaned thoroughly. If you ask, the staff will clean or replace the item. The room also had an odd smell that seemed to come through the air conditioner."
