"This was my first time staying at Space Apart. I was mostly impressed. The studio apartment was large (especially for London!) Bathroom clean, kitchen adequate, bed comfortable. Two drawbacks -- one, the bed linen. Whilst it was clean, their "duvet" was woefully lacking. It was more like a stiff mattress pad. The entire thing moved as one -- it wasn't a fluffy, comfy, duvet that you could snuggle under. Having a fluffy duvet would make this room outstanding. Second thing -- no local TV....

"The communication was inconsistent. They make promises they dont keep - like grocery orders they forget to purchase, and pantry access for more toilet paper that you can't access. Instead they changed my room access code due to "miscommunication". The floor was filthy, it turned my white socks actually black, and the room was suffocatingly hot. The price was equal to a decent hotel in a much nicer area, but I booked it for the convenience of a washer/dryer. That machine was a nightmare that...

"convenient, clean, but poor ventilation because our room was in the basement so it was hot and stuffy. We had to sleep with the windows open, and it was unfortunate that the environment was noisy/loud with restaurant and pubs above, and neighbors arguing and fighting."

"Perfect location! Close to two underground stations making it so easy to travel around London. It’s really close to the main train stations too. Lots of cafes close by too. The room was really clean and had all the essentials you could need. The building was well secured and we always felt safe. We stayed during a heatwave and the room even had A/C! I would definitely stay again."

"Bathroom was stinky and rooms were too hot at night to sleep. This apartment is above a bar therefore terrible noise late night of smashing empty beer bottles. I will not recommend anyone to live in this apartment."

"L'appartement est très correct, grand et très propre. du fait qu'il soit situé en sous-sol il manque de luminosité. Mais le plus embêtant c'est le bruit du pub situé au-dessus et les odeurs de poisson dont je n'ai pas établi la provenance. Ces remarques négatives n'imcombent aucunement à l'hôte avec qui la communication a été parfaite."

"It was clean and convenient. Check in was very smooth. There was ironing board and fan in the room which I travel for business and would not choose this for a long term stay. There is a cooktop but no pans for example. It was good for a 4 night stay."
