Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. Worse, the apartment had not been cleaned well, especially the bathroom. And no one wants to find other peoples' hairs in a supposedly clean and freshly made bed. "

We asked politely, since we arrived so late, if there was a chance to extend our stay and delay the check-out time (especially as Gold VIP customers at Hotels.com) and he answered aggressively and rudely - no!!!!! with no desire to help or be helpful.
