Great family hotel with phenomenal dining. The biggest issue with this hotel was that people grab spots by the hotel in the morning and then don't use them. They go to breakfast. This should not be allowed. Also, the staff didn't stop people from smoking around the pool.

Nice renovated hotel with amazing food and service

We were upgraded to a spacious newly-renovated room on the 8th floor. Service was terrific and the food outstanding -- plentiful and delicious. The spa was a bit crowded on Saturday during the day, but nice on other days. It gives you a feeling of being in an oasis -- with big windows with views of palm trees and the Dead Sea.

Great location, very close to the sea. The food was excellent, with a big variety of healthy salads and sprouts — something that's very hard to find in most places. We really enjoyed the entertainment on Thursday night — it was so much fun listening to the amazing woman singer (unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was fantastic!). It was also very easy to schedule massages and a facial. My husband had great massages with Sergei, and I had a wonderful facial performed by Anna. Thank you very much! The only thing that bothered us was the rug in the room — it looked quite old. But everything else was just perfect!
