"The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff forgot to replace our soap in the shower one day, and when I told them they immediately brought us new soap. They also apologised to us for the next two days even though it’s no big deal!

"It was very comfortable, clean and at a great price. What was especially nice was that my flight got cancelled and I had to adjust my booking twice times. Each time Ms. Jenny gladly helped me adjust my booking. She was very polite and respectful and it made my experience that much more enjoyable!"
