Royal Signature Hotel Hanoi

"I just booked for 1 night. I checked in very late and left very early, but the man that was that night (25 August 2026) I think his name is Zhang (I was told by someone else his name so likely is misspelled, sorry) was so nice and accommodating. Since I had a tour booked very early in the morning he even prepared breakfast to go for me. When I came back Mia helped me to bring my multiple suitcases to the taxi. I am so happy with the staff at this place. Really nice people."

"This hotel was the highlight of my trip! All the staff amazing! The spa 10/10! The breakfast buffet was delicious! I would recommend this luxury hotel especially for solo travel. It’s is also walking distance to restaurants, shops, desserts, spas, and more. Please don’t miss this experience!"

"The hotel was very nice and comfortable, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Erin, Abby and Lily at the front desk greeted me daily and helped me with plans. The great service of the restaurant staff and the bell boys who opened the door all warmed the heart of this solo traveler."

"Location of this hotel is perfect, easy to get too all the sights. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was amazing as was the Sky bar. We appreciated the snack bag for our early flight too!"

"The Metropole is quite simply old world chic! The staff are amazing, everything is amazing. Be prepared to pay for dining and drinks but the quality of the food and service is well worth the treat. The room we had was in the heritage building and I think they called it a luxury suite. Quite small but the bed was super comfy and the size of the room was adequate."
