"Bath tub is a big hazard for your customers - stepping in and out many times. Taking a shower in a bath tub - it wets all the areas in the bathroom - making it slippery. A shower recess is much more safer and practical - rather than trying to take a shower in bath tub."

What impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. We especially want to recognize Ms. Tran, who warmly welcomed us and personally showed us our room at check-in, and Ms. Lam, who remained attentive throughout our stay and continuously worked to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our room. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern were greatly appreciated. During our stay, we raised a concern about our room. Although it took some time to fully resolve, the staff took our concern seriously from the beginning, listened carefully, and made every effort to find a solution. We never felt dismissed, and the team remained committed until it was resolved to our satisfaction. For us, the true measure of hospitality is how a hotel responds when something needs attention. The team truly distinguished themselves in this respect. Combined with the excellent location, outstanding breakfast, and warm hospitality, their service made our stay memorable.
