"Front desk staff is too slow and not too nice .. they should let customers know what is going on when delayed the checkin process. Just let customers wait there and helping other customers, when we asked what was going on for the checkin process they just simply said “ I will check you in soon” room cleaning did not clean bathroom, just change the towels and dumped the trash, they did not clean the toilet and mirror . "

We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. It would have been better to make it more flexible.
