The location of the hotel is great, there’re many local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 15-20 walk to the dragon bridge, so it’s away from night noice. Breakfast is great, eggs can be made to order. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, so the water temperature is not stable. However, hotel staff go above and beyond to try to make things go smoothly. Big shout out to Cindy and Ivy!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was large, very clean and had a nice view of the Dragon Bridge. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and the selection of food was plentiful. All of the employees were very friendly and engaging. A big thank you to Cindy for all of her assistance in making our stay in Da Nang a memorable one.

Excellent hotel with the best staff

This was one of our favourite hotels that we stayed at in Vietnam, the room was so big, comfortable and very clean. It was a nice quiet hotel, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. The dragon bridge is in walking distance too. Breakfast was really good with a huge variety of food and something different every morning. The staff were so friendly and this is what we loved most about the hotel. Julia, Cindy and Clara were so chatty and helpful. They made breakfast every morning really enjoyable. Ivy was really helpful and friendly on reception and booked us our driver to Hoi An. We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I always come to this hotel when I visit Da Nang. The staff is incredible. From the lobby to the kitchen, they are welcoming and show exemplary professionalism. This is not the newest hotel but the rooms are very clean with nice amenities. Unlike some hotels in Vietnam, the bedsheets are always changed after each guests and they always smell fresh. The included breakfast is probably one of the best you can find in a hotel in Da Nang. Lots of cold and hot dishes, they even prepare items on demand like pho and eggs. Also, nice variety, including western and vietnamese options. Overall, I strongly recommend Fivitel Boutiqhe Hotel for short or long stays in Da Nang.
