Amazing hotel with a great view of dragon bridge, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is very modern, clean, has excellent amenities such as the infinity pool, spa and coffee shop and in a great location. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of fruits, hot food and coffee/tea and fruit juices

The Caro easily feels like a hotel that costs 3 times as much. The staff were all super friendly and helpful especially Tom in the restaurant. Everything is extremely clean looks brand new and the breakfast was amazing. The central location is handy and the view of the Dragon Bridge alone is worth staying there for.

The hotel outside and inside is beautiful, clean and modern design, rooms were very clean with beautiful views. Excellent location walking to everywhere, five minute walk to the dragon Bridge, 10 minute walk to the famous night market, lots of food options around, very central area right next to the river. breakfast buffet was also very good. Many options. I will definitely stay again next time I come back to Da Nang!

The hotel is reasonably new and has great views of the da nang vista , for the tet fire works it was absolutely amazing. Also a front seat view of the dragon bridge fire show at night. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were fantastic.

Property is at a very good location with view of the Dragon bridge and within walking distance of the night market. However, it does come with a cost. On the weekends, there is a venue right across the street and sometimes it might involve loud karaoke singing. The hotel does provide ear plugs. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest staying somewhere else. Also, the lobby has a not so pleasant smell that we can’t figure out what it was. It was there throughout our stay. Maybe adding a diffuser might help. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant enough. The room was quite clean with great views and the breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel is exceptional! Super comfortable bed/linen. The location is also great for exploring Da Nang city center. You can see both the dragon bridge and Han river bridge from the river view room. We were able to watch the dragon bridge fire/water show from our balcony. The hotel is new with many thoughtful designs (sleep mode, zen mode, and Japanese smart toilet). The best out of the 3 hotels we stayed at between Da Nang and Hoi An.
