"Our stay was such a pleasant experience. My friend and I came to visit Salem. The hotel was a little less expensive, and it suited our needs perfectly. Since there is no reception, everything is conducted online. Once we had the room code, checking in was simple. The room was really nice. We stayed in one of the basement apartments. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was a sheet of paper with instructions for anything you might need, supply closet, laundry, contact information etc....

"My stay at Addison Choate was nothing short of magnificent. I was in town for a work training be held at Endicott College- while that's a 1/2 away- every night returning to Addison Choate I felt like I was going home.
Marshall and Courtney took such great care of me, their property, and everyone I encountered there. I mean, they left more candies of the ones I had eaten all of in the remaining days after discovering my preference. They went out of their way to make my stay special but...
"The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, the balcony was awesome - we sat out there for hours watching sunrises & sunsets, with cocktails just watching the tides go in and out. Breakfast was great at the restaurant, and we had only booked one night and wanted to stay a second night, they made it work without us having to change rooms. The inn itself is a little dated, but updated (small) bathroom, clean rooms, fridge, wi-fi, and very comfy beds. We will be back! Service is 10 out...
"Everything was fantastic except for one thing. The check-in man on Saturday night around 6 PM was perfect. He was knowledgeable and wonderful. However, the woman at the front desk on Sunday was not helpful. I didn’t seem to know what was going on. In fact, I called ahead of time to ask about dining options in the area, and she was unable to give me any"
