"petit déj copieux et parking facile d'accès. juste le matin quand le jeune est arrivé pour préparer le petit déj, il n'était pas discret et vu qu'il était 8h , ça réveille un peu. sinon très gentil."

"Chambre propre. Personnel sympathique et avec le sens du service. J'ai été surprise que l'accès à la chambre se fasse par l'extérieur. C'est relativement silencieux : on entend néanmoins les tuyauteries quand les voisins passent à la sdb. Le diner avait une bonne relation qualité-prix. Situé à proximité du tram, l'hôtel propose un parking gratuit."

"Il personale alla reception gentile e professionale.
L'appartamento pulito e funzionale fornito del necessario, spazioso e ben organizzato purtroppo faceva molto caldo e non e' presente aria condizionata.
La vera nota negativa e' la piscina, la foto presente sul sito merita un premio al fotografo, piccola piccola con lavori e una parte recitanta piena di pezzi di legno bruciato,foto sul sito veramente fuorviante."

"Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, great for transport and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, etc. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and great amenities. 24 hour access to The Club, with soft drinks and snacks, plus the apreo was lovely and a thoughtful touch. Only one complaint, lighting in bathroom not adequate for either shaving or applying make-up. However wouldn't hesitate to return. We'll done team Okko Nantes!"

"This hotel mas to be one of the best values, in terms of quality of experience for the money, ever. It is in a lovely historic building right on a main plaza and is very central to the historic city center. Beautiful reception and lobby area. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful (and multilingual). The room was typical in size, with a comfortable bed for two and a nice bathroom. Very clean room and facilities. We had some hotter summer days (high 80s to low 90s F, 30-35C)...

"La navette pour l’aéroport est un service payant qu’on peut prendre à partir de l’aéroport et qui arrive à la gare tout près de l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas un service offert par l’hôtel et ça ne vous mène pas directement à l’hôtel.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, à un design moderne, le personnel est S-U-P-E-R! Nous avions pris la peine d’écrire à l’Hotel pour leur mentionner quelques détails et ils etaient prêt à notre arrivé! Il y a un ascenseur de bonne dimension. On peut y entrer 2 avec des valises!"

"An unusual hotel in many ways. It’s a beautiful building, although the decor felt a little over-engineered. The gym is in a shocking state, and the gardens are sadly neglected.
That said, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the food was excellent. So, a bit of a mixed bag overall, but despite the shortcomings, we still really enjoyed our stay!"

"We only stayed for one night before driving to Rouen, the basement car park is fantastic, only €15 for 24 hrs, and we left the car there until 6pm the next day so we could see the city after checking out.
Hotel interior is very nice, our room is small but the glass shower room is really nice, anyway, when get up for a pee, make sure a lamp is switched on when you wash hands after toilet, otherwise you’ll bump into the tempered glass - not very nice experience I should say."
