"The only problem we encountered is people smoking in their room disregarding the no smoking policy and not having consideration for others who are staying that would prefer not to smell it but we understand it is difficult for management to police this unfortunately "

"Lobby was closed, manager wouldn't answer the phone, stuck in the heavy rain and had to find a different hotel. I am working on getting a refund now. Hopefully it works out. Also i bought insurance so they should cover the other hotel costs... we will see. "
