"Our room was clean and staff were friendly. Only thing you have request for room services, no one will come into room to bring towels or take out the trash during stay. You have to request services at the front desk day before. Everyone was super nice and helpful when I asked for clean towels. I would set dirty towels and trash bags outside the door and they picked them up. Great dairy ice cream place, few restaurants in walking Distance of the hotel down street by the bridge."

"We love staying at the Dream Inn. It is perfect for us. Right on the beach, with a refreshing pool for when the waves in the ocean are too rough. The patio deck is perfect for people watching while having breakfast or lunch. It is in a quiet part of Daytona beach with a couple of eateries within walking distance. "We were in an ocean view balcony studio. When we first walked in, everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. As we checked around the studio, which really was a separate bedroom and a separate living room kitchen. The door to the balcony in the bedroom was totally inoperative so we could not use that balcony. The door to the balcony in the living room worked, but you could not lock it. There was no thermostat in the room to give you any temperature control. The way they had it set....

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

"This place is over rated. Broken door, found dirty clothes from previous guest, terrible smell like if someone vomited and never was cleaned. The sofa bed was dirty, cracks all over and unusable. Terrible experience. We couldn't stay. I talk to the young ladies at reception, they apologized and they said a refund was authorized and to go through Expedia to deal with it. I contacted Expedia and they refused to reimburse the money. We left the hotel about an hour later. I won't trust Expedia...

"No fault of the property, but the pool and area around it needs.It was closed. Other than maybe getting a better coffee maker(keurig), than room was very clean."

"There was no chairs for the balcony. I paid more to set and enjoy the view from my balcony. I had to stand there. There was no restaurant, even tho they advertised as having one. there was only a beer loung, they advertised as a full lounge.the pool was too cold to go into."

"My stay here was pretty good. Room was clean and nice for the price. Shower was a little broken and the water did not get very hot. A/C worked well. I got the partial oceanfront view which was great and I watched the sunrise every morning. If you book and want a full view make sure you get the oceanfront room. Not ocean view. Parking is $8 a day but free for R/V’s, trucks, buses. Front desk staff was not the friendliest. I arrived after 8. Overall it was a good find for less than $150 a night."

"Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again."

"this place has a ton of potential but is in need of upgrades. I had no problem with the state of disarray until I woke up with bite marks in clusters along my arm (bed bugs likely). New beds and furnishings at a minimum would make this place tolerable."
