No proper drain in the tub. The ceiling was drooping so bad due to flooding from the room above. People outside passed out in vehicles. Kids running around with machetes. VERY UNSAFE CONDITIONS THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE REMOVED OFF OF EXPEDIA ALL TOGETHER"

"You are paying for the location, there is no doubt. Common areas like the lobby and restaurants are outstanding. The rooms while mostly clean and very comfortable, seemed very dated. We had two rooms. Both sinks were stopped up, refrigerator was stinky, windows filthy…and couch was gross. But not because it was “dirty“ I just think it needs to be freshened up. Staff is excellent, common areas are gorgeous. And you can’t beat the view/location. The biggest disappointment was two of the four elevators were out of commission on a very busy weekend. When traveling with a disabled person, that made it very difficult to navigate."

"No TV remote in the room, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. For $300 a night, this is completely unacceptable. I ended up having to go to a nearby Walmart to buy my own remote because no one made any effort to resolve the issue. What a shame—this shows a serious lack of customer service."
