"The hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly. The room was large. The bed a bit too firm but they put a topper on it and it was better. The only complaint was the set up in the shower. Shower area was very small and the door opened outward so you could put a mat at the door and the water came out from under the door and it was a bit dangerous if you didn't watch your step. Otherwise a lovely hotel."
"Nice new design forward hotel, well located. Everyone was really friendly. Would absolutely stay there again. Top 3 improvement opportunities: pillows, dust at the bar on bar “scales”, quality of food. Nevertheless, i thought it was great value."
"I will recommend this hotel for everyone. All staff are nice and friendly. The reception was kind. We arrived the hotel early but they could provide room for us. There also has small kitchen in the room. We could cook simple meal in the night. The transportation to hotel or center of city are convenient."
"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much. "
"It was close to downtown, breakfast buffetwas delicious and enjoyed having a balcony. Also was nice to be able to put our luggage in storage for free when we had to check out at 11 am and we couldn't get our riverbost until 2 pm "
