"This property is beautiful and very relaxing. The private onsen on the balcony was a dream. It’s so lush in the surrounding areas. It was amazing just to soak in the hot springs bath in the quiet of the outdoors. We were a little concerned because of the reviews. There is nothing to be concerned about if you understand what you’re getting. It’s a quiet resort with not much close by. There is a Family Mart if you aren’t eating at the restaurant but that’s it. We explored Hakone for the day...

"総合的には施設内とても綺麗で、居心地の良い滞在でした。 少し気になる点をあげるとしたら、 歯ブラシが有料アメニティなのが少し残念かなと思いました。 逆にヘアゴムが常備されていましたが、そちらの方がオプションでよいのではと思いました。 またホテルのパンフレットが英語表記のみで、部屋に設置してあるタブレットは日本語表記なのでそちらを見るようにと説明受けましたが、 タブレット使い慣れてない世代の人には少し不親切かなと思いました。 とは言え、朝食はとても美味しく、お部屋も露天風呂もとても気持ちがよかったので、 また今度は別の眺めの部屋に宿泊してみたいです。"

"Hotel propre, personnel très gentil. Repas et petit déjeuner japonais complet et bon pour ceux qui aiment manger japonais. Le seul bémol est qu’on aurait souhaité avoir plus d’informations en amont sur les transferts en bus lors de notre arrivée car nous sommes montés sous la pluie avec nos bagages et 2 enfants. "

"We stayed at this ryokan for 2 days, and we really like it, especial the onsen and the lady was introduce us to the room, and service us the dinner and breakfast, I forgot to ask her name, we like her so much, we hope she have a good health and happy in her life and her job, we will come back to visit her later.
