I liked the property. The sauna was my favorite. It’s conveniently located and practical. Many business people were using it. It’s really clean and disinfected everything. The breakfast was included. Only chopsticks were provided. You might get a folk and a spoon if you ask.

The staff provided the 'Superb' service. I stayed at the annex building which was a bit dated but totally clean for 4 weeks. I had access to sauna, washing machine, dryer, kitchen sink, microwave, ice machine & Free breakfast. It took me 11 minutes to walk to Goryōkaku where I could enjoy viewing the cherry blossom & I loved it. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Hakodate again during cherry blossom season, I will not hesitate to book this hotel again.

This hotel is about 15 minutes away from the train station by bus, near Goryoukaku. It's close to the famous department store Marui, Star Share, and Mr. Doughnuts. There are many good restaurants near by and the airport bus stops a few minutes walk at Goryoukaku 3 bus stop. Great amenities, room was spacious, sauna and a complimentary alcohol beverage, breakfast and fresh coffee are included for the guests. Prices are very reasonable and I cant ask for more. Definitely 5 stars!
