"Was there 4 nights. Everything else was good except for the wi-fi in my room #716 where they couldn' t fix the wi-fi problem which was on and off for the first three nights and they kept saying that there's nothing wrong. It s quite annoying after a long day outing and back to my room with no wi-fi connection. Had to go sit at the hall way to get wifi connection sometime."

"The breakfast was excellent, lots of a variety and well presented. We were leaving before the breakfast was available on our last day, they prepared us sandwiches that we picked up on our way out. It was a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants, the big mall is a 10 minutes away as well. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. "

"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "

"we had a good experience at this hotel - with check in, out, our room was lovely, there is a mini kitchenette although we didnt use it was nice to have if needed. would recommend to friends. free parking. easy to get to downtown or to go elsewhere. "

"I would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the hot tub (small, but we had it to ourselves in the early evening). The beds were comfortable, and it was quite. I told them we would be leaving before breakfast, and they graciously packed us sandwiches to go, ready at the front desk. The restaurant/bar is decorated nicely, and they had live music. The restaurant was crowded when we arrived, but most folks left by 8:15pm. "

"This was my first time staying at a Hub hotel. On arrival, there was an employee near the entrance that was able to explain how I do the self check in. The self check was very efficient. There is a common area with kettle, microwave and fridge for food storage. Dishes/cutlery available for use and when done, you just place it in the dishwasher. "The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. It is on Laugaveur Street, so there is noise from outside if you have a front facing room. It didn’t bother me and was what you would expect to hear in a busy area. There are great shops and dining options and Bus stop #9 is a 5 minute walk. Something to note is that once you enter your room, you have to put your key card in a slot next to the door to get electricity to work. As long as it is in the slot, the lights work!"
