"Over the top service! A manager who arranged my transit to hotel checked with me about my stay and needs multiple times over whatsapp, on her off hours. Everyone was patient and helpful. They gave me perfect recommendations for a good French restaurant. Pool had good view of city but that area is a little small, so this place is more for couples than a family vaca. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed ( I'm picky about this ) but a little small. It is a small place with decent restaurant...

"The rooms with SIGNATURE LOUNGE was wonderful to pay extra for. The one gripe i did have was that every time i walked in to the lounge area, i was asked if i was on the wrong floor or was after the rooftop bar. I was made to feel that i didn't belong until i told the staff my room number. Staff have to be better trained on how to handle this in a more considerate way. People on holidays can still dress smart casual, it might not be your standard but i have paid extra for the benefits of this...

"I’m very serious when I say this…the location is perfect. It’s nestled between the French Quarter Promenade (Nguyen Hue walking street), and Japan Town. Both are a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel, which is just across the street from the Park Hyatt. This boutique hotel is so cozy and well decorated that it’ll feel like home after exploring Saigon. The staff are incredibly helpful, and surpass many luxury brands. "

When I stayed, it did live up to all the expectations of 10/10. - The staffs from front desk up to breakfast team are exceptional - The room and amenities were great, clean and modern. - The location is so perfect - Breakfast was very good I would definitely come back here and would highly recommend to all my friends."

"Expedia or this hotel needs to get their schedules accurate. I booked this for 2 movies on Expedia but the room was only available for one night and was only told when I arrived. The staff is still fairly new because I was given a key to someone else's room. It was embarrassing to walk into a room with someone else staying there."
