You read it correctly and when brought to the attention of the front desk a housekeeper brought me up a plunger and handed it to me and sauntered off on her merry way. No maintenance person, no apology or transfer to another room; just here you go...fend for yourself. I've never experienced anything like that in any budget friendly hotel and it'll be a cold day in hell before I give Best Western another nickel. The only positive is the property is in a great place if you love Asian cuisine, especially Korean and Japanese. Oh! I forgot the mismatched paint covering water stained drywall and carpets that will turn your feet black if you don't wear socks or some kind of footware. "
