"Property was lacking in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. Elevator was broken and there was a dead roach on the desk of the room. When I informed the front desk staffer he was courteous but said there was nothing he could do regarding a partial refund because I booked thru Expedia. Definitely would not stay here again. "
