"The rooms were extra clean, the staff super helpful and friendly, the breakfast wss amazing. And the ciews of the lake were somply breathtaking!"

"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...
