"Great hotel, rooms lovely, location great. Breakfast was awesome. Only downside is the temperature in the dining room, it was so uncomfortably hot each morning we kept having to open the door / step outside for some air"

"We arrived earlier than check in time and our room was ready which was brilliant. Not only that we got upgraded to an apartment for no extra fee! The apartment had a spacious and clean bathroom with hair and body wash provided. The kitchen had all the utensils you could think of. The room was clean and the beds were ridiculously comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was our of this world! Juice, tea and coffee, pastries, cheese & ham with some salad too. Plus a yoghurt and cereal bar with nuts and honey etc. Absolutely brilliant. The breakfast sitting area was quite small for all the guests (maybe a suggestion for the staff to sit guests at tables instead? It looked like 1 person was taking a table for 4 at times). All that said, 100% recommend to stay as a stop in Reykjavik. If I could give 10 start I would. Staff were very helpful and welcoming at all times. Brilliant all round!"

"Very wxpensive"

"We had a relaxing stay. The spa includes two hot tubs, a sauna, and some lounge chairs and we visited twice during our stay. It gets busier at night when people are winding down but we had an activity during the day and came back and no one else was in the spa area mid-day. Breakfast choices were a full range of pastries, fruit, breads, eggs (variety) similar to a European hotel breakfast. They do have storage lockers right by reception if you are checking out early but want to store bags without carrying them through town. "

"Location is very good for bus tour pickup and dropoff. Hotel is by Bus Stop 12. Restaurants and points of interest are within 3 km radius. Staff were very helpful and courteous"

"Everything was good 2nd time here. Just the breakfast needs some options. It is exactly the same everyday. But overall it’s all good."

"The front desk staff were amazingly helpful in confirming all my details re departure and how to find buses etc. they printed out passes for me and re assured me a lot! It is a sweet location downtown, i had more of a budget room but i would suggest paying for a middle priced room to be more comfortable. Iceland is wonderful!"

"We stayed for two nights and enjoyed this hotel. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The room was clean. We were there on Friday and Saturday nights so it did get loud from everything going on outside, however, we were so exhausted from two busy days that it did not bother us at all!"
