"The room itself was very small (I stayed in the smallest type of room) but serviceable. No desk, closet or wardrobe to speak of, but there were a few hangers to hang some clothes. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"Such a wonderful place! It’s so clean, very well taken care of and you can tell they care a lot. The room was so cute, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. We don’t get to enjoy the sauna or hot tub, but it looked wonderful! It’s in a great part of town with very easy access to Ortisei via a bus stop right down the street.
