Staff was very friendly and helpful, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved the water pressure in the shower. The only thing I was unhappy with was the cleanliness of the room. The floor was dirty.. dirt and hair throughout, I had to ask for new sheets as there was hair all over the sheets. Staff was apologetic, they brought a clean set and I changed the bed.

Everything about this property is great from location, to the rooms (spacious and very nice), to the nearness in the Tlaquepaque, too the great security. The omelets are very good. Only thing i didn't like was my first cup of coffee didn't taste great.

Es un pequeño de ubicación muy práctica para conocer Tlaquepaque. Asímismo el interior del hotel, instalaciones y todo es muy acogedor, pues ya que es como una casa, te hace sentir que estás en un lugar familiar, tranquilo y apacible. Nos gustó mucho a mi pareja y a mi ❤️

Lo unico que tengo que decir en esta ocacion es sobre el agua caliente, en los 2 dias que nos hospedamos no nos pudimos bañar con agua caliente, la explicación del encargado fue qué estaba descompuesto el boiler y que solo estaba en servicio el boiler solar por lo tanto solo en hrs del dia salia agua tibia, pero para mala suerte de nosotros a esas hrs no estabamos en el hotel. Es la unica queja en esta ocacion en todo lo demas esta excelente. Y si me volveria a hospedar como siempre lo he hecho.

I booked a hotel last minute a day I was arriving and got a room on a patio on the first floor overlooking the garden. It was amazingly quiet centrally located so I could find food at night on Monday with no problems. Enjoyed the silence at night sndEnjoy the silence at night and the quality sleep on a comfortable bed and AC! As a solo traveler, I loved it
