Front desk lovely. Bedroom small with 2 double beds and bathroom very small with opaue glass door that wasnt very private. Great shower but hot water ran out a few times. Has a.lift which was great with luggage. Excellent location and pretty quiet. Room largely clean. Roof terrace which didnt use but lookedpleasant

The staff is Excelent !! Very helpful and always smiling trying to help!! The hotel is ok. The installations are ok. But is in a very noisy area ! However. Also the location is very centric near great spots in downtown Guadalajara! You get what you pay but it is perfect for short stays

It is located in a college area. Young crowd, fun bands new music. Lots of little resturants close by VERY nice staff at the hotel> On Sat we saw a large market in the park infront of the hotel would have liked to have shopped but we were on our way out. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable

A really nice stay.

All In all, it was a good stay. Staff were kind enough to find us a larger room. The first room was way too small for two large men. We were closed to the rooftop which was an added plus. The staff were good but Mich was awesome. She is a delight to talk to and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood with many restaurants bars cafes and is close to the historic sites and museums. It is close to Colonia Americana and Avenida Chapultepec and also Guadalajara Centro. Although there was a Kitchen on site, all foods purchases were through room service. It would have been a nice touch if we were able to grab a cup of coffee whenever we desired.
